United in Holy Matrimony
Congratulations on your desire to be united in Holy Matrimony! We believe the covenant of marriage is holy through the God-ordained relationship between one man and one woman in the presence of God. We are committed to supporting your journey toward marriage. To support couples desiring to be united in marriage, here are the appropriate channels and protocols:
Applicants wishing to have a ceremony performed by the Pastor or to use church facilities, and are aligned with our beliefs concerning biblical marriage [one man, one woman], must first complete the marriage application below.
Only duly ordained clergy shall officiate marriage ceremonies conducted at Mt. Sinai. This is inclusive of weddings that may be held on the property but not officiated by our Pastor or ministerial team.
Applicants wishing to have a ceremony performed by the Pastor or ministerial team, or to use church facilities must receive premarital counseling/coaching sessions by the Pastor or designee who has been determined to have appropriate training, experience, and spiritual understanding to provide such counseling. Our desire is for you not just to get married but to stay married. We require premarital counseling and strongly encourage continued counseling after the ceremony. It is a healthy part of marriages so that you do not have to run to counseling merely when you have a problem, but you have made counseling a part of the culture of your marriage.
